VAURI Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or encounter an issue with the product, we are here to assist you with a clear and fair return policy.


Return Timeframe

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.


Product Conditions

We accept returns only for products that are:

  • Unused.
  • In the same condition as received.
  • In their original packaging.

Types of Accepted Claims

Defective or Damaged Products:
In case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, you can request an exchange or refund.

Personal Dissatisfaction:
If the product does not meet your expectations, you can still request a return as long as the conditions above are met.


Proof Required

To process a return request, you must provide photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue (e.g., defects, damage, or non-conforming features).


Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Return Evaluation Timeframe

You will receive a refund within 14 working days after receiving the return, only after the order has been inspected and the request approved.


Available Options for Approved Returns

  • Coupon: Equivalent to the product value, redeemable for a new order. The coupon will be issued within 48 hours of return approval.
  • Exchange: With a new, identical product. You will receive the order within 7-15 working days of return approval.
  • Full Refund: For the amount paid. The refund will be processed within 14 working days of return approval

Exclusions from the Return Policy

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customised products.
  • Used products or those without original packaging.
  • Items that are not defective or do not meet the return conditions described.

International Returns

We accept return requests from international customers. However, each request will be thoroughly assessed to ensure eligibility for return.


How to Start the Return Process

Contact our customer service at info@vauri.co with your order number and the required proof (photos/videos) stating the reason for the request. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product. After inspecting the product, we will notify you of the status of your refund, exchange, or coupon.


Order Cancellation Policy

To ensure clear and straightforward handling, we have defined the following conditions for order cancellations:

  1. Cancellation within 6 hours of the order

    • Full Refund: Within 14 working days.
    • Alternative: Coupon of the same value, redeemable immediately.
  2. Cancellation between 6 and 12 hours of the order

    • Partial Refund of 80%: Within 14 working days (to cover part of handling and preparation costs).
    • Alternative: Coupon for 100% of the amount, redeemable immediately.
  3. Cancellation after 12 hours of the order

    • Not possible: Cancellations will not be accepted.
    • Return Process: Follows our Return Policy.

Refund Timeframes

  • Full Refund: Within 14 working days.
  • Coupon: Available immediately after cancellation.

Cancellations are only possible for orders that have not been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the Return Policy for a refund or exchange.
